Coil Coating Line

Coil coating is an automated process for coating metal coils and is done all in house at BRIGHTSMITH Coaters. Metal coils are received rolled up from rolling mills and will weigh thousands of pounds. Our Morrisville, PA building houses our coating line and is ISO 9001:2015 certified to give our customers the highest quality product. The coil coating line is a right to left operation and has ten steps throughout the process.
